Fitness Training Module

2-hour Fitness Training Class comprising lecture on fitness concepts and planning exercise workouts as well as practicum on using the fitness equipment at the campus Fitness Center. The class aims at helping students to learn the proper use of the equipment inside the Fitness Center as a way in maintaining regular exercise during their studies in the university. Students will obtain 2 course hours attendance after completing this required component.

Upon completion of the fitness training class, students should
understand the key concepts in physical fitness and planning exercise workouts; and
know the proper use of the equipment inside the campus Fitness Center.
