The "Getting Started@HKUST" and the HLTH1010 Course Introduction is a required activity of the HLTH1010 Course.

HKUST is full of opportunities and possibilities - the secret of getting ahead is getting started! In the session, students will learn about the Healthy Lifestyle Course (HLTH1010) requirements and the wide range of resources to support students in leading a healthy and happy life on campus. They will also learn about the part they can play so that all of us will live and learn harmoniously in a diverse and dynamic environment.
